Start A Clothing Line's seasonal competition hand picks the best clothing design sent to us and displays it on the Start A Clothing Line homepage along with a link to your web site and a short bio about you and your brand.
We get thousands of unique visitors a month and hundreds of thousands of people coming back to see what is new on the web site, which means getting your designs on the home page of Start A Clothing line will get you a lot of exposure.
The contest opens twice yearly at the time that you will be promoting your new clothing line around the months of febuary for the following summer season and september for the following winter season.
The competition is open exclusively to members of our mailing list. We will notify you by email the dates when we will be accepting submissions. Further details will be sent to you about the competition and how to enter.
After each season we will choose the best design that will then be displayed on the Start A Clothing Line homepage. Submissions will also appear on our Myspace page for our friends to comment on your designs and help us choose the winning design.
There are no requirements to the product or style, however, try to submit designs that best represent a finished product or what a finished product may look like. Please refrain from sending stitching patterns or sketches of T-shirt designs. Some examples of what you could send are;
If you do not have a web site, don’t worry, we don’t expect new clothing lines or people wanting to start their own clothing line to have a web site. Instead, if we pick you, we can link to any other site that displays your work, such as your Myspace page, Deviant Art page or Flicker page.
